- The adjacent Konark Beach offers glorious views of sunrise and sunset. The sprawling beach of Konark known as Chanrabhaga with long streches of clean sand is supposed to be one of the finest beaches of the east coast. Thousands of pilgrims congregate here on Kartik Purima and Magha Saptami to take a holy dip in the sea.
